You can access your account at any time and stop the payment. Your card will remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

Using the card
How do I use the Zadar city pass?
Before paying, open the QR code on your mobile phone. The partner scans it and the discount is applied immediately, without additional coupons or paper receipts. We recommend that you mention that you have a Zadar city pass when ordering.
Do I need to have internet?
No. The card is automatically installed in your digital wallet and you can use it offline.
What if I change my phone number or delete my email?
